Getting Organized for Success

Seven years ago, this principal owner couldn't keep up with the demand for her products. A successful entrepreneur, her company supplied specialty lines of collectible clocks to a growing number of college campuses, stationary and drug stores, and individual retail outlets.

She often faced the difficult decision of either tackling the growing stack of paperwork piled in her office or processing an order from a client. Naturally, the client came first.
